General Questions
All our reservations are made exclusively online, our office is located outside of Ao Nang and it is not easy to find, plus we are most of the time on the water! We recommend you to check our website and catalogue, all the information is there and for any questions, we will respond as soon as possible by e-mail.
In our semi-private tours, we will pick you up at the entrance of Krabi Resort Hotel, a central and close place to many of the hotels, bars and restaurants. At the end of the tour, we will take you directly to your hotel if you are in Ao Nang. If your hotel is not located in Ao Nang, please indicate it at the time of booking, that way we can pick you up where you are located. The reason for having a meeting point is to avoid possible delays.
On our private tours, we pick you up at your hotel reception in the morning and take you back at the end of the tour.
The rainy season is from May to October (both included), so during this period of the year, you can expect bad weather. Only rain does not imply that the tour is cancelled, but it could be cancelled due to strong wind and waves.
Regarding weather, it is difficult to predict since it changes rapidly, especially when it comes to rain since sometimes it rains for a while and then stops.
We can not control the weather, but we never take any risk in relation to safety on board, we do everything possible to enjoy an incredible day.
In case of adverse conditions, such as strong wind and waves, we will cancel the tour and refund the deposit.

Pregnant women are not accepted on board, or children under 4 years old (except for the Catamaran tour and land excursions – the minimum age is 2 years). In case you come with children over 4 years old, we recommend that you bring sickness pills and earplugs to avoid engine noise.
As you can see, our tours are full day and can be long for a small child, in any case, we will do our best to take care of them.

Tours and Itineraries
All our guides are Thai and certified and the main language spoken in the tour is English.
Do not forget to bring your swimsuit, a spare shirt, a raincoat in the rainy season, botties, camera, mosquito repellent, towel, sea sick pills if you need it and sunscreen. It is necessary to bring the remaining money of the tour in cash.
Of course it depends on what you are looking for. The best snorkeling sites are in Koh Phi Phi, although it is also the most tourist site.
4 Islands is the best combination of unspoiled beaches and good snorkeling, besides being somewhat less touristy than Koh Phi Phi.
James bond is the best tour for those looking for quiet beaches and less touristy areas, it belongs to the Phang Nga Bay and its spectacular limestone cliffs will not leave you indifferent besides being the least commercial tour.
Phi Phi and its crystal clear water and white sand beaches will surprise you! We will visit spectacular spots such as the Phi Leh Lagoon or Maya Bay. Snorkel top!
We like to give enough time to appreciate each place we have selected. We are around 40 minutes to 1 hour (maybe more) in each place, always subject to weather conditions or other factors.

The capacity of our boats is much bigger than the passengers we have on board. Depending on the time of the year you come you may have less people on board.

Yes, if you make more than one semi private tour. You can find all this information in the following link: PROMOTIONS.
To book our tours you can make a deposit payment online and the rest by cash on the day of the tour; or you can pay the total amount online. In both cases a 6% payment gateway fee applies.
Yes you can. If you wish to pay the total amount of the tour with credit card, you can make the payment online via Pay Pal. In that case, you must assume a 6% charge as a Pay Pal commission.
If you are using a mobile phone or tablet, the codes may not be recognized, please try using a computer. Maybe the problem is that the Wi-Fi connection is bad, please try again in a place with a better internet connection. In most cases, the problem is that the reservation is not completed as there is no payment from the Pay Pal platform, it is also possible that Pay Pal has some technical failure. If you still can not make the reservation, please get in touch with us.
We recommend that you make the reservation well in advance (minimum one month) as the policy of our company is quality over quantity, so it is possible that the seats are sold out in advance.
