These are our terms and conditions
Thalassa Tour will not be able to accept pregnant women or children under 4 years old, on our Boat Tours. As well as children under 2 years old, on our Land Excursions.
The boat trip is not recommended for people with back problems, hernias or similar problems that may affect the physical capacity of the person during the trip.
It is the responsibility of each person to measure their physical capacity and the risk associated with the activity they are going to do.
A minimum of 6 people is required for semi-private tours. If we do not reach this number, a solution will be offered: change the date of the tour, change to another available tour, offer the same tour with another company, or offer a full refund.
Our priority is to implement effective security measures and any of our tours is subject to weather conditions. Circumstances such as strong winds or currents may prevent you from making the excursion (only rain is not a reason to cancel the tour).
In case of adverse weather conditions we will try to change the date of your excursion, or change the itinerary or replace it with another type of excursion, making the corresponding adjustment in the price.
In any case, the refunded amount will apply only to the person who is ill (not the companion) and it will be the 100% from our side, less the 6% commission charged by the payment gateway.
Thalassa tour will not be responsible of any physical injury or accidents, property damage or personal loss that occurs during your tour. The client agrees to be responsible for their own safety and accepts the risks related to the tour.
Thalassa Tour reserves the right to make modifications to the itineraries in order to improve the quality of the tour and adapt to the circumstances of the moment.
Thalassa Tour may use the image of its clients with the sole purpose of promoting their social networks through the publication of photos taken during the excursions. The customer will at all times have the right to expressly request Thalassa Tour not to publish any photo or image of him in any of these social networks, prevailing at all times the right to privacy of each client.
In the event of non-acceptance of the transfer of rights of visual content of the client to Thalassa Tour must express this denial by writing an email to info@thalassatour.com with the subject I DO NOT ACCEPT TRANSFER OF VISUAL RIGHTS
