Terms and Conditions /Cancellation Policy
Thalassa Tour will not accept pregnant women or children below 4 years old on board
“Our first priority is always to implement effective safety measures and any boat trip is subject to weather conditions. Circumstances such as strong winds or currents may prevent us from setting out (please note that light rain is not a reason to cancel your original trip).
In the event of adverse weather conditions we will try to change the date of your trip, or change your itinerary or replace it by a safe land base trip.
Arrangements for a new trip will be made regarding the best options you may have and we will make any price adjustment accordingly”
For any cancellation by the customer within 1 week of your tour date we will ask you 50% of the total price and if in the same date of the tour 100%.
Thalassa Tour is not liable for any bodily injury or harm, accidents, property damage or personal loss that occurs during your tour.
The customer AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR their OWN WELFARE AND ACCEPT THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRIP.
Thalassa Tour reserves the right to make any route alterations in order to improve the quality of a trip or better accommodate its guests.
